THE CHALLENGE
It is not news that Lagos is not working. This becomes more complex as we continue to encounter the challenges of a megacity. Lagos state is inhabited by over 20 million people and projected to become the most populous city globally by 2100.
However the current social, economic and environmental realities of Lagosians do not meet the development standards required for a city. Our collective wellbeing has been mired by decrepit infrastructure (bad roads, poor water system, poor
sanitation and growing housing deficits), poor healthcare system, multiplicity of taxes, regulatory uncertainty and others.
These challenges have been a manifestation of poor planning and exclusionary policies, projects and programs. In other to overcome this, I, will be showing you my plans to ensure we can elevate Lagos together
